We've done this through careful preparation that affords you the maximum choice and accessibility of amenities right on the Park Place campus.
For example, fine dining awaits you in our restaurant-style dining room. You'll stay fit in the fitness center, swim laps in the indoor pool (phase II), socialize and learn in our Community Center, or take care of your banking and errands all on campus, an easy walk from your brand new apartment home.

That's why all building and apartment home maintenance, yard work, and snow shoveling are handled by our expert staff and fully covered through the monthly service fee.
